1. How to book the SkyDeck and World of Heineken

The Skydeck admission fee is 200.000 VND for an adult. For children from 4-12 and seniors from 65+, the ticket fee is 130.000 VND

The Skydeck and Heneiken Combo is 250.000 VND for adults and 180.000 VND for seniors from 65+. Please note that the World of Heineken only allows for adults from 18+ to enter.

2. Opening Hours of the Sky Deck and the World of Heineken

Skydeck

• 9:30am-9:30pm, daily
• Last redemption time at 8:45 pm

World of Heineken

• 3:00pm-9:30pm, daily
• The interactive tour starts at 10-minute intervals
• Please book your timeslots at the Heineken counter after redeeming your entrance ticket at the ticket counter

Special Operating Hours and during 2019 Tet (Vietnam New Year)

• 16 Jan: 1:00 pm-6:00 pm for Saigon Skydeck, World of Heineken is open as normal
• 4 Feb: Saigon Skydeck is open as normal, World of Heneiken is closed all-day
• 5 Feb: Both Saigon Skydeck and World of Heineken are closed all-day

3. Best time to go to the Sky Deck

The best time to go to the Sky Deck is around 4:30 – 6:00 when you can catch the beautiful sunset and enjoy sparkling city after the sunsets.

I went to the Sky Deck at around 4:30 pm to catch the sunset, and 8:10 pm seemed to be the only option left for the Heineken tour that day (could be a lot of people).

4. How to get to the Sky Deck – Bitexco Financial Tower

Address: Bitexco Financial Tower, No. 36, Ho Tung Mau Street, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City

The Bitexco Financial Tower is right in the center of the city, district 1. Since it is the second tallest building in the city, you can easily locate the tower. If you live around Dong Khoi Street or Pham Ngu Lao Street, it is easy to walk to the tower.

You can also take a local taxi or book a Grab Taxi ( Grab is very popular in Ho Chi Minh City) to go directly to the tower.

5. What is included in the tour?

Worth choosing the combo option. Would recommend going earlier to pick up the physical tickets so you could choose a time slot for the Heineken tour. I went to the Sky Deck at around 4:30pm to catch the sunset, and 8:10pm seemed to be the only option left for the Heineken tour that day (could be a lot of tour groups). So I went out for dinner after visiting the Sky Deck, then returned for the Heineken tour at night, which was nice too as I could see the Saigon night view.
